Cancellation policy

As courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, I require a minimum 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will be responsible for the full treatment fee. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my schedule that could have been filled by another patient. Often these gaps are very hard to fill at such short notice.

As such I will now require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Please note that I cannot direct bill to insurers or to ICBC for missed appointments. Payments for all treatments whether private or insured is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
